About
Mission Statement
The Graphic Alliance is a network of graphic designers, web developers and related workers who promote fundamental social change through their work.
We are committed to helping build a new social order based on direct democracy, communal economics, human rights and ecological sensibility. We believe that design and technology are important aspects of the struggle for freedom, peace and social justice. We stand united in our opposition to concentrated power, discrimination and oppression in its many forms. We promote social ownership and democratic control over information, ideas, technology and the means of communication.
We join together in the spirit of autonomy, mutual aid and open collaboration.
We Want You
We are currently in the process of democratically developing the Graphic Alliance - its aims, purposes and web site. This new web site will eventually have many more features and benefits and will continue to grow and evolve as does the GA. Please take a look around and see what we've accomplished so far. If you are interested in joining the Graphic Alliance or helping it develop please click here.

So, this is an open call to the Graphic Alliance Membership to join and/or form new committees to address issues that you feel are important to building the core of the Graphic Alliance. The future of the GA is in what we all contribute today! Here are some things for you to get excited about right now!
The Board has formed three committees for you to join and contribute to, they are: Outreach, Web Development and Anti-Oppression/Diversity.
